Congratulations to Annalisa Butticci for receiving an “Honorable Mention” of this year’s Clifford Geertz Prize for her book African Pentecostals in Catholic Europe: “The Politics of Presence in the Twenty-first Century” (Harvard University Press, 2016). She worked on this book during her affiliation as a Marie Curie scholar with the Religious Studies department of Utrecht University. Annalisa Butticci is also associate researcher in our Religious Matters project. We are happy and proud of her remarkable achievement!
