At 4-7 October 2017, the German Anthropological Association conference took place at the Freie Universität Berlin. It focused on the overall topic of “Belonging: Affective, Moral, and Political Practices in an Interconnected World.”
In the conference, Birgit Meyer gave a presentation in the panel “Cities: Religious Belonging and Cohabitation in Urban Spaces”. Birgit Meyer was one of the panelists, together with Werner Schiffauer (Europa-Unversität Viadrina), Omar Kasmani and Dominik Mattes (both Freie Universität Berlin).
